Every year, the Boggess PTA participates in several collection drives to help groups in need within the PISD and local North Texas Communities.
We will be updating this page and updating our Boggess families throughout the year as we participate in programs that benefit the students and children of our community and the surrounding areas.
In the past, the Boggess community has given generously as we participated in:
- Peanut Butter Collection in partnership with the North Texas Food Bank/Food 4 Kids and the PISD Council of PTAs.
- Hygiene Kit Drive in partnership with the PISD Council of PTAs, donated to students-in-need throughout PISD.
- Summer Activity Bag donations in partnership with the Murphy Middle School PTA and Hunt Elementary PTA, to provide student-in-need with reading and writing activities and supplies, with enough distributed for every student at a local Title I School.

NOTE: Volunteering requires the completion of a volunteer application through PISD. Allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for the background search to be conducted after submitting your application.
